International Hotel and Culinary Schools
Overview

Since its establishment in 1986, the American Hospitality Academy (AHA) has been providing hospitality training for 1000's of students worldwide at premier resorts and hotels including Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Hyatt, Sheraton and Hilton. As a result of over 25 years of effectively bridging learning in the classroom with the application in the real world, AHA has created a global system of hotel and culinary arts schools.

AHA's curriculum provides leading edge hands-on hospitality and culinary instruction with premier "real world" international internships.

About AHA-IHMS

AHA's International Hotel Management Schools (AHA-IHMS) is a unique global network of private career colleges that are linked through a common vision and mission, academic standards and delivery of our two educational programs:

  • DIHM- Diploma in International Hospitality Management
  • DICA- Diploma in International Culinary Arts

These programs are all based on American hotel management methodologies and the AHA educational philosophy and approach. Students and faculty can move between AHA-IHMS schools without loss of standards or quality, furthering AHA's vision of creating an international education network and a global campus.
